It seems that your .env file is not being taken into account.

In the error message, you can see that you are trying to log in with the username forge .

In the configuration, you have this line:

'username' => env('DB_USERNAME', 'forge'),

Env It receives as parameters the name of the environment variable that you are trying to use and as second parameter the value by default you will use if can not read this variable or it is not set

Therefore, your problem, or one of them, because you could have others, is that laravel is not accessing your .env file or you don't have the corresponding variables set, which doesn't seem to be the case from what you showed in your .env file.

In this part of your code it is not recognizing the shipment:

'mysql' => [
            'driver' => 'mysql',
            'host' => env('DB_HOST', '127.0.0.1'),
            'port' => env('DB_PORT', '3306'),
            'database' => env('DB_DATABASE', 'forge'),
            'username' => env('DB_USERNAME', 'forge'),
            'password' => env('DB_PASSWORD', ''),
            'unix_socket' => env('DB_SOCKET', ''),
            'charset' => 'utf8mb4',
            'collation' => 'utf8mb4_unicode_ci',
            'prefix' => '',
            'strict' => true,
            'engine' => null,
        ],

set your data directly e.g:

'mysql' => [
            'driver' => 'mysql',
            'host' => env('DB_HOST', 'localhost'),
            'port' => env('DB_PORT', '33060'),
            'database' => env('DB_DATABASE', 'mibasededatos'),
            'username' => env('DB_USERNAME', 'unusuario'),
            'options' => [PDO::ATTR_EMULATE_PREPARES => true,],
            'password' => env('DB_PASSWORD', 'mibrutalcontrasena'),
            'unix_socket' => env('DB_SOCKET', ''),
            'charset' => 'utf8mb4',
            'collation' => 'utf8mb4_unicode_ci',
            'prefix' => '',
            'strict' => true,
            'engine' => null,
        ],
