Error Google Maps getCurrentPosition () and watchPosition () are deprecated on insecure origins

Google Maps shows me the following error:

getCurrentPosition () and watchPosition () are deprecated on insecure origins. To use this feature, you should consider switching your application to a secure origin, such as HTTPS. See https://goo.gl/rStTGz for more details.

What can I do to make it work in an http url?

Short answer: No, you can't.

But today you can make certificates, free SSL. so there is no excuses for not using them.

letsencrypt allows you to sign, renew, and everything is automatic SSL certificates, it is super easy and fast to use.

I leave you with a guide in English here.

edit:

I add the reference to the error.
